Shaping and defining the Roastery experience for our customers and colleagues (or Partners as we call them), your passion for unique roasts and blends will permeate the entire store. This is a role for someone who shares the Starbucks vision to create a theatre of coffee here in Milan. So you’ll have accountability for the operational quality and financial performance of every aspect of the Roastery.

This role will see you imparting your passion for the theatre of coffee to our entire team of store Partners. Bringing to life the Starbucks Reserve Roastery you’ll manage business operations in assigned operational zones, communicating our passion for unique roasts and blends to perfection.

The Roastery is a theatre of coffee – but our passion for perfection does not stop there. Many of our customers will want to sample our beer, wine and craft cocktails and you’ll be the master sculptor that honours the ingredients with every pour. We’re looking for beverage connoisseurs with a restless sense of innovation who can meticulously fuse craft cocktails that thoughtfully spotlight our Starbucks Reserve coffees to delight and surprise our customers.

The Roastery is a whole new kind of coffee experience for Milan. So this is a wholly different kind of Barista role. So much more than customer service, you’ll bring a sense of theatre to the pouring, tasting and savouring of our coffee. Which is why we’re looking for the most passionate and brilliant Baristas who can turn a simple cup of coffee into an unforgettable experience.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery stands alone within the coffee culture. Our aim is to give customers a new kind of immersive coffee experience. And, to deliver that, we need a myriad of functional experts to create and maintain the character of the Roastery. From events and scheduling Partners to administration, merchandising, inventory and training Partners, our Specialists apply their deep area-specific knowledge to ensure we’re able to deliver an experience that’s as exciting as it is unique.

TRAINING

Our training program will immerse you in the world of coffee, from farm to cup. Every partner receives comprehensive training. It's a fun, fully immersive experience led by experienced and passionate Starbucks partners, keen to share their knowledge and expertise with you.
